Returns policy

The customer has the option of cancelling the order free of charge, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been placed with the carrier for shipment.
The customer shall have a period of 5 working days from receipt of the order to cancel the contract and return the purchased product. The customer shall notify Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL within the stipulated period and by any legally admissible means, their wish to exercise their right to cancel the contract. In such cases, Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL will refund the amount of the purchase except for the return postage through the same payment method used by the customer.
The customer may return any item they have purchased on provided that the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In such cases, Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL will refund the amount of the purchase through the same means in which it was made, via a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
Any exchange or return must be authorised in advance by Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL and must be requested by email.
Once we have received this message, we will proceed to arrange the return. The process will be as follows:
We will contact the customer to notify them of the acceptance of the return and the delivery address, which must be clearly indicated on the packaging. The customer must return the product to us within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product in its original packaging.
The request for collection of returns will be made only by Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL through its agent; the customer will facilitate the collection of the product on the date and at the time requested.
Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL will refund the money once it has received the product and checked that it is in perfect condition and in the original packaging within a maximum of 30 days.
Returns cannot be accepted after this period.
Warranty Conditions upon Receipt of Materials

Transport Insurance:

All products and materials from Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL are shipped with all-risk insurance to cover any damage or loss during transport from our facilities to the address specified in each order.

Upon receipt of the products, it is imperative that the client conducts a detailed inspection of the following elements:

      1. Condition of the Packaging:         

Verify that the packages/pallets/bundles or packaging are in good condition, with no signs of deterioration or improper handling.

     2. Quantity and Conformity:

Check that the number of packages/pallets/bundles received matches the details in the delivery note and that the products correspond to the order placed.

In the event of detecting any anomaly, such as external/internal damage to the packages/pallets/bundles, discrepancy in the number of packages or types of products received, the client must:

     1. Register Incident with the Transport Company:

Record the incidents, complaints, or observations directly on the carrier’s delivery note to ensure legal documentation.

     2. Communication to Boixadós:

Notify in writing to Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL, at the address:, the observed incidents.

    • Notifications must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order.
    • If you have photos, it will help us speed up the resolution of the incident.

Responsibility and Acceptance: If no notification of incident is received within 24 hours, both Boixadós Envasos Metàl·lics SL and the transport company will consider the delivery accepted in compliance. In this case, we will not be responsible for any incident that may arise later.
