The semi-automatic can seamer is made from AISI 304 steel, which makes it rust resistant. With a production capacity of up to 600 containers per hour, this machine is efficient and fast. The rollers are machined from high resistance EN 1.4301 steel and the seaming chuck is made from EN 1.4301 stainless steel, which makes it resistant to rust and offers excellent sealing performance.
In addition, the BC CSA02 has no gear transmissions, which means it is very quiet and easy to maintain. The motor is positioned at the bottom of the machine to prevent dirt from falling into the container during the packaging process and also provides better stability and safety during transport.
The machine is equipped with a dual control to prevent accidents and ensure a high level of safety. The electrical components are from well-known brands and offer a stable and reliable performance. The BS CSA02 also has CE marking.

The seamer is made from AISI 304 steel, a rust-resistant material for a robust machine structure. With an adjustable production capacity, the BS CSA02 can seal up to 50 containers per minute, equivalent to 3,000 containers per hour. This makes it ideal for enterprises looking to increase quality, efficiency and productivity at very lost costs.
The machine head has 4 rollers made from high resistance EN 1.4301 steel. This allows for a perfect hermetic and leak-proof seal, guaranteeing the quality and safety of the packaged products. The servo motor control of the entire machine makes its operation safer, more stable and more intelligent.
The machine is equipped with transparent blue methacrylate screens for extra protection. This makes it possible to view the packaging process while ensuring the safety of the operator. The large 11” touchscreen PLC is easy to use and maintain. The operating system is in Spanish and displays error warnings and alarms on the screen for quick troubleshooting.
